FAQ
What makes Nai Pascoal Bouquets different?
I create floral-focused arrangements that are all about the beauty of blooms. Most of my designs are flower-only, but for special editions, I’ll sometimes use fillers or greenery to add texture and dimension. Every bouquet is thoughtfully curated, seasonal and made by me with care.
What sizes do your bouquets come in?
I offer three sizes to fit different occasions:
Petite (12+ stems) – $55
Signature (22+ stems) – $85
Luxe (36+ stems) – $125
Do you deliver?
Yes! I offer next-day delivery within Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee and Hemet. I don’t offer same-day delivery because I prep everything fresh and need time to design each bouquet.
Delivery is available Tuesday through Sunday, during these windows:
9 AM – 12 PM
12 PM – 2 PM
6 PM - 9 PM
I’m closed on Mondays, but I can occasionally make exceptions. Just reach out and I’ll do my best to accommodate your request!
What is the delivery fee?
You’ll see a $10 shipping fee at checkout, but it’s actually my flat-rate local delivery fee. I don’t offer shipping at the moment, just hand-delivery to nearby cities to keep your flowers fresh and beautiful.
Can I pick up my bouquet?
Right now, I’m only offering delivery, but I’m working on making pickups possible in the future!
Can I request a custom order?
Yes, absolutely. Whether it’s a specific color palette, a special occasion, or something more personal, I’d love to hear what you have in mind. You can contact me directly through the website or send me a message on Instagram.
Do you ever use greenery or filler flowers?
Sometimes! My core style focuses on just flowers, but certain collections or custom requests might include fillers or greenery for added interest and texture.
Can I include a message with my bouquet?
Yes! You can add a custom card message at checkout.
How long will the flowers last?
Most flowers stay vibrant for 5–7 days, though many will last up to two weeks or longer depending on the variety.
How do I care for my bouquet?
Each bouquet is wrapped with water and ready to enjoy as is.  Or you can place it in a vase for longer freshness.  Here are a few simple tips:
Unwrap carefully and trim the stems at an angle.
Remove any leaves below the waterline.
Place in fresh, cool water in a clean vase.
Change the water every 1-2 days
Keep away from direct sunlight and heat
Your flowers are fresh and locally sourced. Treat them with love and they'll stay beautiful for days to come!
